This week may we take the time to be strength trainers . . .
to take hold of fear and stretch ourselves,
to step up in love and stretch someone else,
to lift one another up in encouragement,
to row against the current of this world that tells us we haven't quite met it's standards,
to push through the pain, discouragement or disappointment
knowing that if we run with endurance
setting our sights on the Trainer
we will see
strength of heart, mind and body.
