When my footing finds the warmth of sand
reality shifts beneath my feet, even if only for a few hours.
The view gets bigger, breathes get deeper,
and the ebb and flow of life gets drowned out by the roar of the waves.
In the returning from Sunday to Monday so returns reality.
This week we must keep our feet on solid ground,
if we don't our homes, our families our lives will crumble under the shifting sands of this life.
Deep breaths move us from one moment to the next,
we breathe in air and breathe out worship
to the One who first gave us breath,
to the One who gives us eyes to see the small moments to keep our heart afloat,
to the One who created the blue in the sky right where you are.
Have a blessed week!
Love, Rachael
